Their single or double glass doors allow for simple loading and unloading for either full-service or self-service applications. All units include a water pan or reservoir that provides passive humidity to prevent food from drying out.

Available in 12-and 18-inch sizes, all units have adjustable heat control, ranging from 85 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. The 18-inch units have a water reservoir and digital controls for temperature and active humidity control.

These units come in rotating or non-rotating models. The rotating unit offers an addUseitional 360 visibility and is a great merchandising feature. The rack stops rotating when the door is open.
